An early report this morning says that the Nigerian seat of power "Aso Rock" in Abuja has been deserted. There is an usual calmness like before . Not even the security men whose names were on the roster came to watch over the night. The ultimatum given by Joint Niger Delta Liberation Front (JNDLF) to Nigerians, warning them to vacate certain structures in the country expires today at 12 midnight
